Emerald Crescent opens 128 garden-facing plots on Indore's AB Bypass

Emerald Crescent, a plotted residential and commercial development in Village Mayakhedi on the outskirts of Indore, has been introduced to buyers as a new launch. The project is registered with the Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority under number P-IND-25-5789, and the 4.055 hectare site, roughly ten acres, is planned as 128 plots.

For buyers following the plotting market along the AB Bypass, the launch offers freehold, garden-facing plots with a starting price of around ₹1.2 crore before other charges, a booking amount of ₹1,00,000 and loan support. The layout is built around a crescent-shaped spine road and more than sixteen landscaped gardens, a design that gives the project a distinct character within the Mayakhedi corridor.

Plot sizes, pricing and approvals

Emerald Crescent offers residential and commercial plots ranging from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet. Ownership is freehold, and the developer's official price is available on request, with the broker-level starting figure of ₹1.2 crore excluding other charges. Home loans are available for buyers.

The project is laid out on land in Village Mayakhedi, Tehsil Kanadiya, Indore district, and most plots are garden-facing. The entrance is marked by an iconic gate, and the internal plazas and gathering nodes are placed along the spine road.

Amenities and infrastructure

The development is planned as a gated society with a set of shared amenities. Residents will have access to a cricket pitch, a tennis court, a gazebo, a mini amphitheatre, a sculpture, open sitting areas, a water fountain and a kids play area. A gymnasium and a clubhouse are also part of the listed facilities.

Services are built on a comprehensive underground network that includes water tanks, a sewage treatment plant and concealed electrical wiring. Water is supplied through the municipal corporation on a 24 hour basis, supported by borewell and tank storage, and service pipes use collar spigot joints for durability.

Location and connectivity

Mayakhedi sits along the AB Bypass Road, the Mumbai-Agra highway corridor, roughly 14 km from Indore city. Phoenix Citadel Mall is close to the project, and the Omaxe shopping complex and other retail points are nearby in Mayakhedi. Schools in the area include Gems Public School and the Omaxe School, while Unique Super Speciality Hospital, Shalby Multi-speciality Hospital, Noble Hospital and Bombay Hospital serve the wider locality.

Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport at Bijasan is about 8 km from the city. The Indore Metro Yellow Line is operational with 16 stations, running for about 17 km from the airport terminal to Radisson Square, and the priority corridor from Super Corridor 2 to Radisson Square was inaugurated on 5 September 2026. The Yellow Line extension toward the airport and an 11.7 km AB Road pilot corridor are part of the planned transport improvements along this route.

About the Emerald group

The Emerald group traces its roots to the Agarwal Group, a Central India business conglomerate whose history goes back to 1974. Its real estate arm has built a range of plotted and villa projects in Indore, including Emerald Nirvana in Jhalaria, Emerald Anutham in Devguradiya, Emerald Aashray in Sonway and Emerald Gardenia in Mayakhedi. Across its listed portfolio, the company has ten projects, six of them completed, and its chairman, Vinod Agarwal, has more than five decades of business experience.

What comes next

With the project now open to enquiries and only a limited number of plots remaining in some listings, buyers in Indore's plotting market have a relatively short window to assess the layout. The planned possession timeline runs to March 2030, which gives the metro extension and the AB Road upgrades time to take shape around the site. Full details of the project are available on the Emerald Crescent project page.
