TVS RR Nagar opens early-bird registrations ahead of its Bengaluru launch

TVS Emerald has opened early-bird expressions of interest for TVS RR Nagar, a planned residential community in RR Nagar on the western side of Bengaluru. The project is in its pre-launch phase, and the developer will confirm the official product name at the formal launch, which is still to come.
The community is planned as a premium gated apartment development off Mysore Road, offering two configurations of Smart Luxury apartments, 2 BHK and 3 BHK. Possession is targeted for December 2029. Registrations under Karnataka RERA are in progress. Buyers who register interest now are offered early-bird introductory base rates, while pricing for both configurations is available on request.

The site covers about 7.8 acres, with a saleable area potential of about 0.76 million sq ft. Indicative sizes for the two configurations are as follows:

According to the developer, the site is about 4 km, or roughly eight minutes, from Mysore Road and about 8 km from the Outer Ring Road. Residents would have access to the Namma Metro Purple Line and the NICE Expressway, which give connections across the western and southern parts of the city.
