TVS Emerald has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an anticipated 4 acres land parcel in Noombal, West Chennai. The proposed residential project has an estimated booking value of approximately ₹1,000 crore and will offer a saleable area of 0.82 million square feet.
