TVS Emerald Altura marked its public launch on 25 April 2026 as one of the most anticipated new residential projects in North Bangalore. The project secured regulatory approval with Karnataka RERA registration dated 4 April 2026 under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/040426/008572, three weeks before its formal launch.
